Essential storage supports access and saved choices. Optional advertising and analytics tracking is not enabled in this release.

“ULTIM”, “we” and “us” mean the operator identified in the company identification. These documents apply together where expressly incorporated.
1. Essential sign-in and security
Supabase authentication uses browser storage for session and refresh information. Restricted administration may use secure session cookies. Their purpose is authentication and access protection, not advertising. Sessions can persist until expiration, sign-out or revocation; browser and server behavior affect their lifetime.
2. Drafts, preferences and acknowledgement
Tab session storage can hold onboarding drafts and previews until the tab session ends. Local storage keeps choices, including the ultim-essential-notice acknowledgement for the current revision, until cleared or superseded. Legal acceptance receipts are server-held account records, not marketing cookies. Clearing browser storage may remove drafts or sign you out but does not delete workspace content on the server.
3. Optional tracking and your choices
No optional advertising or analytics tracker is enabled in this release. The essential-storage notice is an acknowledgement, not marketing permission or authorization to contact leads. If optional tracking is introduced, we will identify purposes and offer required separate controls before it runs, including rejection and withdrawal where consent is required. Essential access will not be conditioned on accepting optional advertising.
4. Fonts, media and connected services
Google Fonts may receive technical network information when fonts load. Provider-hosted authentication, media links and external pages can make separate requests and use their own storage. A network request is not automatically an advertising cookie. Review that service’s notice when leaving ULTIM Leads.
5. Managing storage and privacy
Use browser site-data controls to review, block or clear storage; blocking essential storage may prevent sign-in. Contact us with questions or privacy requests. Privacy notice describes account and workspace information. An absent optional-tracking preference is not affirmative marketing consent.
6. Purpose, duration and control of storage
Authentication storage supports an authorized session and may persist between visits; its exact validity depends on session policy and revocation. Tab-only drafts generally end with the tab session. Saved local choices can remain until the browser clears them, the user removes them or a changed revision requires a new choice. The essential-notice acknowledgement does not approve any future optional tracker. Server-held agreements, account records and communication histories are not removed by clearing browser cookies and follow the privacy and deletion policies instead.
7. Future optional services and external destinations
A new measurement, embedded-media or advertising feature must be assessed for its actual storage and network behavior before activation. If applicable law requires consent, optional processing must wait for the required affirmative choice and provide an appropriate way to reject or withdraw it. A website link to an external service does not authorize that service’s optional tracking on ULTIM. Browser privacy settings can affect functionality, and some provider pages have their own consent controls. This release does not claim to run a full optional-tracking consent platform when optional tracking has not been introduced.
